Corn Bread Pudding

 


An easy to make corn bread dish that we had with the Chinese Pork Tenderloin.


INGREDIENTS:

1 8 oz. sour cream
1 can whole corn (drained)
1 can creamed corn
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs beaten
1 box Jiffy corn mix


DIRECTIONS:

Mix butter and corn, and eggs and sour cream, start in Jiffy corn mix. Pour into ungreased baking dish.

Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
