We were invited over to friends house
for dinner and then were asked to cook. This is a nice spicy
variation on grilled pork.
Ingredients:
2 ¾ pound pork tenderloin to half
2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry or white wine
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Use large plastic bag to place all items in for marinating. Whisk
together all ingredients except honey. Place pork tenderloin's and a
marinade into plastic bag and refrigerate for 2 -- 12 hours. Turn bag
often. Remove pork tenderloin. Grill pork tenderloin on oiled grill
rack. Marinade pork tenderloin often with marinade and honey. Cook six
minutes, turn, cook 10 minutes, turn again, and cook additional 10
minutes.
