Our box is full of recipes that we like to cook with food items we like to eat.  It includes recipes from family and friends as well as new concoctions that we modify from recipe books, TV programs, newspapers and from the web.  Some of the easiest recipes turn out to be the best.

Baked Apple French Toast


Fresh Frozen Tomatoes

Here is our addition for the brunch crowd that shows up after the Peachtree Road Race on the 4th of July. It is a real road race winner.

The 36 tomato plants we planted in the spring are in full heat-of-the-summer gear producing an abundance of fruit. We found the following recipe to freeze fresh tomatoes.


Brussels Sprouts Hash


Jalapeno Pepper Jelly

We love this recipe which brings out the full hearty flavor of Brussels Sprouts.

This recipe and canning process will allow you to enjoy the heat all year long.  Jalapeno pepper jelly is great on a cracker with cream cheese.
