These are a few of our favorite recipes.  Let us know if you like thatm and if you have any that we should add.

Chicken Cookbook - This is a collection of recipes I retrieved
from the internet via Prodigy back in 1992.  I made them into the old fashioned paper cookbooks as Christmas Presents.  I put them up as an e-cookbook in 2002.  I had fun collecting the content.  The recipes are good too.

Chicken Satay- Street vendors crowd the streets in many southeast Asia cities selling fresh foods on bamboo skewers.  One of the most popular is the satay which is seasoned meats grilled fresh for the hungry pedestrian.  The food smells wonderful, tastes great and is inexpensive.

Stir Fry Chicken - Stir Fry is so easy to make and it is full of fresh vegetables. Use what you have and like.  Spice it up and down.

Chicken Jalapeno Wrap (Grilled) - a great grill creation combining the heat of jalapenos, soothing cream cheese, grilled chicken all wrapped with bacon

Chicken Wings (Grilled)
- a nice alternative to deep fried wings, spice it up like you want it,  Light-Medium-HOT-Nuclear

Chicken Soup - This is an easy recipe that is so much better than the can version from the store.  It also has ability to make you feel better if you happen to be under the weather.

Cheesy Chicken - This recipe is one of Mitzi Perdue's favorite and most requested recipes.  It has turned into one of our favorites as well.  Quick and easy to make and pretty tasty too.

Chicken - Whole, Deep Fried - This Fried Chicken dish is one you and your friends will love. I'm sure you've heard of or done Deep Fried Turkey. The Deep Fried Chicken cooks in about 20 minutes. The result is a very moist and flavorful chicken. It is easy to make and is great for a get together with friends.

Gourmet Chicken Broccoli Alfredo - Our friend Billy said that anything his mother made with cream of mushroom soup was considered "gourmet". Well, here is a gourmet version of chicken and broccoli Alfredo that is both pretty easy to make and yummy.

Gourmet Chicken & Stuffing Skillet - Billy would like this one too! Gourmet all the way, flavors of chicken and stuffing, served with a creamy gravy and a topping of cheese. This delicious dish takes just minutes to prepare, perfect for busy cooks.

Orange Marmalade Chicken - An Old Ivy original, 'nuf said!  Tangy orange marmalade makes a spicy topping o this chicken dish.

Red Eye Chicken with Gravy - Red Eye Chicken is a combination of spicy pan fried chicken and a spicy hot gravy that is great over mashed potatoes.

Rosemary Roast Chicken - Chicken is one of our staples.  Roasting a seasoned chicken in the oven makes the kitchen smell wonderful setting expectations for the fantastic flavors.  We were given a rosemary plant trimmed like a Christmas tree a few years ago.  It now grows in our garden and provides tons of fresh rosemary.

Rotisserie Style Chicken - Outdoors cooking always seems to taste best, especially the slow cooked items that attain the flavor of the grill.  Rotisserie Chicken is no exception.  It is a relatively inexpensive meal to prepare and tastes great.
