Sweet-and-Spicy Baby Back Ribs - We made this slow cooker recipe on a cool fall day, we left the house in the morning, came home in the afternoon and were delighted with the flavor of the ribs.  It is easy to make and tasted great.

Chicken Satay- Street vendors crowd the streets in many southeast Asia cities selling fresh foods on bamboo skewers.  One of the most popular is the satay which is seasoned meats grilled fresh for the hungry pedestrian.  The food smells wonderful, tastes great and is inexpensive.

Fried Rice -
We learned that the key to great fried rice is to make the rice ahead of time, like the day before,  and cool it down in the refrigerator.  This helps the rice absorb all moisture, makes it separate when cooking resulting in good texture for fried rice.

Pad Thai -
Pad Thai is a popular spicy shrimp noodle dish in Thailand and around the world.
